The TriMetrix™ System

 

The TriMetrix™ System identifies the "key accountabilities" of the targeted job and lists the job's requirements into three separate talent categories:  Rewards/Culture, Behavioral Traits and Job Attributes.

Managing for Success™ (MFS)

Is a series of behavioral assessments that can be used pre and post hire.  You have report options such as Sales, Executive, Employee Manager, Customer Service, Team Building, and Time P.L.U.S.™.  All these assessments are available in multiple languages and have been validated in many countries.  MFS takes out personal bias and identifies the "real person" before hiring.

MFS Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values™ (PIAV)

Why people do what they do affects performance both on and off the job.  The MFS Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values™ Report measures the relative prominence of six basic interests or motives:  theoretical, utilitarian, aesthetic, social, individualistic, and traditional values.  Values and attitudes help to initiate one's behavior, and are sometimes called the hidden motivators because they are not always readily observed.  The report helps illuminate those motivating factors and attitudes providing each person an understanding of the driving forces behind their decisions.  It is often used as a key part of the selection process.

Orion Systems Pre-employment Assessments

Measures work-related attitudes and experiences.  The emphasis is on detection of attitudes and behavioral tendencies which might lead to employee theft, employee drug use, difficulty accepting ones niche in an organizational hierarchy, poor work habits, reluctance to embrace new technologies or methods and safety orientation.  It is used exclusively in the pre-employment process to determine candidates' work ethics.  The reports can be generated in English or Spanish at your company site.
